I am a father of two wonderful children. This is my greatest accomplishment in life after finding and then marrying my high school sweetheart. I work crazy hard to keep them happy.
I earn my paycheck as a systems administrator at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, VA. I fix problems and care intensely about making things better for the people I work with.
I am also a freelance graphic and web designer. Gotta put that Graphic Design degree to use somewhere, right?
I Crossfit and run. I WOD and coach kiddos at Crossfit Hampton Roads. I have done one Fight Gone Bad and loved it and challenged myself with the 2012 Crossfit Open. I have run two marathons, but after completing a GORUCK Challenge (Class 157) I think "just" running is boring. More GORUCK Challenges lay in my future.
I pretend to blog, write stupid things on twitter and I have generally failed at some form of the Internet or another.
